License, issued by Transport Canada ( www.tc.gc.ca), is called a “pilot permit” & under the Ultralight category is “restricted to powered parachutes” please see Ultra-light Aeroplanes - Privileges 401.21 of the CAR’s
Registration, issued by Transport Canada, under the ultralight category again, The paramotor gets registered, you can free fly the wing without registration, but when you add the motor, you must register it. Wheels are a bonus!
Insurance, I get mine through Marsh in affiliation with COPA. It’s $130.00 this year (2007) “Silver Wings” is what you’re after.
